My skill set is not limited to just filling in; I also offer expertise in developing new menus, experimenting with dishes, & providing valuable insights for kitchen layout and efficiency improvements. My job is to ensure your kitchen operates smoothly.

I am an expert in Asian, Modern Australian, Italian, Indian, European and Bistro style cuisine.

Working in all levels of kitchen have taught me cosistency and confidence. I am always calm and professional.

I bring a wealth of culinary expertise and a track record of excellence.

Over the course of my career, I have honed my skills in diverse culinary environments, including mines, islands, stadiums, resorts, hotels, and large catering venues. Collaborating with renowned chefs like David Thompson, Carol Rajvah, John Meredith, Jane Multry, Daniel Ridgeway just to name a few. I have acquired a diverse skill set in preparing and cooking various cuisines while emphasizing quality and efficient time management.

In recent years, my role has evolved to encompass business development, freelancing, consulting and contract chef work. My culinary philosophy centres on elevation both fine dining and the fundamentals of culinary excellence to attract a broad audience.
